There are two new additions to Chartist Ancestors today. First, there is a page on the People's Charter Union, a short-lived organisation set up as a rival to the larger National Charter Association by many of the old guard of London radicalism.

And second, I have added a Chartist Ancestors calendar for 2008. You can download and print this off in either a PDF format or as a Word document. The calendar features the National Charter Association membership card and notes on key dates in the Chartist year. Fortunately I remembered in time that 2008 will be a leap year (so there are 29 days in February), but if you spot any errors please let me know and I'll correct them.
